Schools To Operate

Superintendent Albert Peterson announced Thursday afternoon that all District Schools will be open Friday, January 20. At this time, all busses are scheduled to operate on the Friday schedule. Weather conditions are still unsettled, and any necessary changes will be announced by broadcast media early Friday morning.
Hardin Public Schools
Hardin Public Schools is home to about 1700 students who attend classes in seven schools in a geographic area over twice the size of the State of Rhode Island. The District Administratative Offices are located near Interstate 90 at 585 West John Deere Road. Superintendent of the District is Mr. Albert Peterson. District Business Manager and Clerk is Margy Lehman; Assistant Business Manager and Clerk is Kym Kern. Payroll is the responsibility of Richelle Link; Purchasing and receiving duties are handled by Amber Link; Federal Program director is Beth Howe. Ken Kepp is head of District Maintenance. District Printer is Gayl Cook.
