We are heartbroken to inform you that a sixth grade student at our school has passed away. Out of respect for the family, we are not sharing additional details at this time.
We have activated our crisis response team, and counselors are available to support students and staff. We encourage you to talk with your child about this news.
If your child is in need of support, please don’t hesitate to contact our counseling team at 665-6302. Claire will be able to direct your call.
We are a strong community, and together we will support one another during this difficult time.
With sympathy,
Mike Flamm

Don’t miss this opportunity—just 2 hours of your time could help save a life.
Become a QPR Gatekeeper and learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to respond effectively. This program is designed to give everyday people the tools to support someone in need.
Gatekeepers can be anyone in a position to help—parents, friends, neighbors, teachers, coaches, caseworkers, law enforcement, and more.
Make a difference in someone’s life. Be prepared. Be aware. Be there.
The training will be at Hardin High School Cafeteria. Middle School and High School kids are welcome to do the training.
